At Timber Creek, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
At Timber Creek, the application fee is $50 per household and is non-refundable.
At Timber Creek, residents are responsible for electric, water & sewage, gas, internet, and phone/cable.
Timber Creek is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. If you're interested in welcoming a new pet into your home, there is a $200 non-refundable pet deposit due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home. Residents of Timber Creek Apartments are welcome to pay with the Resident App, Text-to-Pay, Walk in Payment Services (WIPS), Resident Portal and ACH Debit.
At Timber Creek, residents are guaranteed 2 parking spots within the length of their building and we have designated parking areas for guests.
